RESERVATIONS


Reservation Information and Terms of Rental Agreement

The cabin is available for rent year round. We do require a two night minimum on holiday weekends.

NOTIFY US - If you decide to make a reservation, notify us by phone or by email (be sure to include your telephone number) to check the availability of and tentatively reserve your desired dates.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT - Our reservation deposit is one half of the total rental fee, paid in advance by check or money order (we do not accept credit cards) made payable to Paul or Cindy Ammendolia, the remainder of the rental fee to be paid when you arrive.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - Please copy our Rental Agreement Form at the bottom of this page. Complete and return the copy to us along with your rental deposit.  Receipt of your deposit check and signed rental agreement will confirm your reservation. We operate on a first come, first served basis.

CANCELLATION REFUNDS - If you should need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your reservation deposit if we are able to re-rent the dates you reserve.

NUMBER OF GUESTS - The cabin will accommodate 6 persons. Only the number of guests agreed upon at the time of your reservation are allowed unless you make other arrangements with us.

SLEEPING PROVISIONS - In addition to the queen-size bed in the bedroom, the living room has a double-bed futon sofa. We provide linens and blankets, or you can bring sleeping bags - just let us know what your needs will be.

AMENITIES - We provide some freshly ground coffee, and a variety of teas. The kitchen is complete with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and basic cooking items and spices. We furnish bathroom towels and soap, and laundry detergent. We do not provide cleaning service.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING - In order to keep our cabin clean and fresh for all our guests, we request no pets and no smoking.

CHECK OUT TIME - 11:00 a.m. in order to allow us to get the cabin ready for our next guests.
